The Alpha course is a twelve-week Christian course that has taken the world by storm!  There are over 11 million people worldwide and 2 million in the UK who are involved in an Alpha course.  The reason Alpha is so popular? It is probably because it provides an opportunity to learn more about the Christian faith in a safe, non-threatening and friendly environment.

Each week we begin by sharing a meal together. We watch a DVD and afterwards we have a discussion. Guests do Alpha for a wide variety of reasons – some are Christians who want to have a refresher course, some want to investigate whether God exists; others are concerned about what happens after death. Some people have particular questions that they would like to discuss; others want to understand other people’s beliefs or would like to explore what the purpose of life is. All are welcome and no question is off-limits.
